Driven by a passion to disrupt traditional approaches to health and fitness, Sarah created Reform as a space for transformation, education, and empowerment. With a background in teaching and years of experience as a Pilates instructor, personal trainer, and health coach, Sarah brings a unique blend of expertise, compassion, and vision to the studio.
Her philosophy centers on movement that focuses on mind and body connection, breathwork, and wellness practices that go beyond the physical, creating an environment where clients can rediscover their strength, realign with their purpose, and reimagine what it means to truly feel alive.
Known for her rebellious spirit, Sarah isn’t afraid to break the mould. She combines innovative classes like Rebel and Release and Regulate with a deeply personal, holistic approach to wellbeing, inspiring clients to reconnect with their bodies and reclaim their power.
